Be accountable to the BT&E Space Integrated Test Leader (Senior Director), T&E Directors and Senior Management and have responsibility to (1) develop and manage the capability strategy which includes asset and capacity management, work placement, best practices, common processes, tools, and functional excellence; (2) maintain program situational awareness and respond to issues, requests for help and root cause-corrective action solutions across the enterprise; and (3) leverage cross-capability integration of similar capabilities across Boeing.
