Sharpen, grind, and modify tooling, and accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, and calipers. Trouble shoot issues with setups and tooling, change setup sheets as required and make changes to the machining process to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
