Lead vendor risk management across assigned portfolios by identifying emerging contractual, commercial, financial, operational, compliance, and concentration risks; assess potential business impacts and recommend mitigation, escalation, or corrective action to VMO and Service Area leadership. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and recurring vendor governance meetings across assigned portfolios; develop and present vendor scorecards, Power BI dashboards, and performance insights and drive the identification, escalation and closure of issues, risks, decisions and corrective actions.
