Advise and strategize with the Associate Chief Clinical Officers, Service Line Chiefs, Medical Directors, Vice Presidents, Service Line Directors, Regional/Clinical Site Managers and Members of the Administrative Assistant teams regarding recruitment needs and candidate interview and hiring processes for the Bassett Medical Group physicians and APCs. Manage the recruitment process to include scheduling and conducting telephone-screening interviews and interviews with the hiring team, coordinating the collection of feedback from candidate interviewers, and facilitating the candidate assessment process and debrief meetings with, including but not limited to, hiring Chiefs and Service Line Chiefs.
