Lead the Program Team in the following activities: The development of trade studies to identify appropriate materials, material properties, and processes; Benchmark material technologies and methods of materials testing; Document justifications for material choices. Experience with mechanical test methods (i.e. tensile, compression, lap shear, hardness, lap shear, viscosity) and/or chemical analysis methods ( FT-IR spectroscope, cure rate of adhesives, DMA, TMA, Gas Chromatography, etc.
