Supports exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations, video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active-learning environments Performs other job duties as assigned AOC/IOC-G Senior Instructor/Content Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Active TS/SCI security clearance Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Minimum 12 years of experience as a 35G, 350G, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years operational experience with Program of Record GEOINT Systems (i.e. Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS), Geospatial Intelligence Workstation (GWS), Operational Ground Station (OGS), AMDAS Dissemination Vehicle (ADV)). Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the Instructor/Developer role Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
