The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing operations, maintaining optimal occupancy, and ensuring full compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations at Victoria Park North East and Fairgreen Senior Apartments. MULTI-SITE LEASING & OCCUPANCY MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain target occupancy levels (minimum 95%) at both Victoria Park North East and Fairgreen Senior.
