(PT and FT)</li><li>Malpractice Insurance Provided</li><li>PTO & Holiday (Full-Time)</li></ul> Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.</li><li>Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.</li><li>Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.</li><li>Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR). </li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li></ul>  Requirements: <ul><li>Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication in English</li><li>Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.</li><li>Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.</li><li>Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:  <ul><li>Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.</li><li>History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. </li><li><ul><li>Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills. </li></ul> SCT welcomes individuals with a variety of licensure types to join our exceptional team.
