Build and maintain solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Service Catalog, Record Producers, REST/SOAP integrations, Import Sets, Transform Maps, ACLs, and related platform security capabilities. Job Purpose or Objective(s): This role is a senior technical contributor on the ServiceNow platform team, responsible for delivering maintainable, upgrade safe, and well-tested solutions that support current ITSM capabilities and future ServiceNow product expansion.
