The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial construction experience, strong project financial management skills, and the leadership ability to coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and other project stakeholders. This position will oversee large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects valued at $10 million or more, managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
