About the role: As our sole Senior Legal Counsel based in the United States, you'll lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters for a wide range of deals, partnering closely with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security and Finance, while operating as an integral part of AppsFlyer's broader legal team, collaborating daily with colleagues and leadership. What You'll Do: Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial and technology-related contracts, including master services agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, license agreements, data protection agreements, reseller and referral agreements, RFP responses and supporting documentation with customers, partners and vendors.
