200 technicians, 50 internal maintenance shops, 9 Regions, and 3 Business Units, this role is directly responsible for optimizing parts availability, reducing inventory carrying costs, maximizing warranty recovery, and driving productivity across all asset streams (Class 8 heavy-duty tractors, route delivery vehicles, beverage trailers, and warehouse Material Handling Equipment [MHE] & Class C Fleet). In this role, you will serve as the enterprise owner for fleet parts strategy within the Fleet COE, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Regional Fleet Managers, and Shop Leadership to transform parts management into a streamlined, cost-effective, and highly predictable operation.
