p>Because this is a build-stage leadership role, the position requires a hands-on operator who can assess what currently exists, prioritize risk, create structure, influence site leaders, and translate field observations into practical corrective actions, site risk profiles, network reporting, SOPs, KPIs, and 30/60/90-day improvement roadmaps. This role is responsible for helping establish a scalable warehouse security operating model that protects people, product, facilities, and company assets through disciplined physical security, guard force oversight, access control, investigations, incident response, yard and dock controls, visitor/vendor management, and risk-based loss prevention strategies.
