Conduct independent research, technical writing, modeling, and oversight or advising of allied engineering disciplines on fiber optics, acoustics, semiconductors, lasers, weapons development, and testing, and identify the characteristics of hard and deeply buried targets. Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefings.
