Responsibilities:•Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, talent development, and business partnership excellence• Lead and report out recurring FP&A responsibilities, including the annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast and 5-year plan for the Lab Modality Operations teams• Partner with operational leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives, capital investments, cost optimization opportunities, and productivity improvements, ensuring financial resources are aligned with enterprise priorities• Provide financial leadership and governance for enterprise-wide operational investments and transformation initiatives, develop sophisticated business cases, scenario analyses, return-on-investment assessments, and value realization frameworks• Create financial models for Enterprise Operations investments and savings, including calculation of return on investment and payback period• Review of monthly financials and KPIs related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities in accordance with company policies and US GAAP• Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital finance capabilities across Enterprise Operations and Finance, identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, decision quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes• Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Corporate Functions to drive alignment, improve financial discipline, and support achievement of organizational goalsExperience & Required Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience required•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role•Proven success supporting business partners, with prior experience supporting enterprise operations departments considered a plus• Proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data and model building; proficient in utilizing dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Proactive attitude and taking initiative to engage and align with executive leaders• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds•Up to 10% travel (within the US) Position Summary:The Senior Manager, Finance is a strategic finance partner to the Enterprise Operations leaders supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities.
