Manufacturing Engineer should have: strong mechanical aptitude within metal manufacturing processes, 10+ years of experience within a similar industrial or metal manufacturing role, an engineering degree required, experience building fixtures and designing tooling, knowledge of quality control tools, GD&T, etc, AutoCAD and AutoDesk Inventor experience, ability to lead engineering projects, willingness to be hands-on out on the floor, proven expertise in troubleshooting programmed and manual machinery, understanding of CNC machinery, programming a plus, lean/CI experience - certifications are a plus.
