Develop and recommend short- and long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise architecture, integration, AI platform enablement, automation, and agentic capabilities, including application and technology portfolio rationalization, lifecycle management, modernization priorities, technical debt reduction, and measurable business value realization aligned with Post's IT strategy, business objectives, risk posture, and enterprise growth priorities. The Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture, Integration and AI Platforms will lead the architecture strategy, governance, and execution model for Post's enterprise capabilities, with particular emphasis on integration platforms, AI-enabled automation, agentic platform enablement, and scalable technology patterns that support corporate functions and shared enterprise services.
