As we continue to scale, we''re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can run high-volume, fast-cycle recruiting and longer-cycle, specialized technical searches side by side, and knows how to shift gears between the two. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success across both ends of the spectrum, high-volume production/skilled trades hiring and specialized technical or engineering searches, in a hardware, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
