Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies;
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role, preferably within the firearms or safety-critical industry. Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the manufacturing workflow, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product performance;
Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior manufacturing technicians, facilitating their professional growth and ensuring that all team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
