Leveraging deep technical expertise and strong cross-functional leadership, the Senior Plant Engineer partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, HSE&S, R&D, and Central Engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and implement innovative solutions that strengthen plant performance, support business growth, and advance operational excellence. This role drives plant-wide engineering strategy, asset management, capital project execution, equipment modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and capacity.
