Build and maintain end-to-end capacity models for complex manufacturing lines with multiple process steps, variable cycle times, shared equipment, labor constraints, yield losses, changeovers, and product-mix dependencies. Demonstrated experience working with industrial engineering methods to complex manufacturing environments, including line balancing, process-flow analysis, bottleneck identification, utilization, cycle-time analysis, throughput, labor and equipment capacity, and production constraints.
