Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or related engineering field, plus 5+ years of manufacturing experience Strong analytical skills (statistics, advanced algebra, geometry, trigonometry) Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (preferably SolidWorks) and strong Excel skills Advanced written/verbal communication skills for technical and business documents Ability to solve complex, novel problems with creativity and sound judgment.
