Our large-scale manufacturing facility spans approximately 800,000 square feet with 16 production lines and a workforce of over 800 employees. Why join us? <ul><li> Leadership Impact: Take ownership of a large-scale, high-performing manufacturing operation</li><li> Career Growth: Opportunity to influence strategy and long-term plant performance</li><li> Stability: Established operation with strong production volume and infrastructure</li><li> Collaborative Culture: Lead and develop a team of 800+ employees across multiple departments</li><li> Continuous Improvement Focus: Drive Lean initiatives and operational excellence</li></ul> Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties <ul><li> Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and coordination of manufacturing operations</li><li> Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth initiatives</li><li> Oversee plant performance including production, quality, safety, and efficiency</li><li> Ensure compliance with all food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements</li><li> Manage union labor relations and ensure adherence to labor agreements</li><li> Own full P&L responsibilities including COGS, inventory, and working capital</li><li> Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes</li><li> Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives and KPI-driven performance</li><li> Collaborate with corporate functions to align plant objectives with company strategy</li><li> Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across operations</li></ul> Qualifications – Needed Structure: <ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)</li><li> Minimum 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing</li><li> Strong background in food or beverage manufacturing</li><li> Proven experience leading large-scale production teams and multi-line facilities</li><li> Strong background in cost control, inventory management, and logistics</li><li> Experience working in union environments</li><li> Proven ability to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li> Experience with plant cost accounting and operational systems preferred</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
