Work across operational, technical, engineering, development, test, and program management organizations to analyze complex military problems, identify requirements and capability gaps, establish priorities, and translate operational needs into executable capability objectives. The role may serve as operational lead or capability owner for assigned initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams from initial problem identification through requirements definition, solution development, integration, assessment, fielding, and continued improvement.
