A highly regarded, multi office intellectual property practice is seeking a Senior Patent Agent to support a sophisticated patent prosecution and portfolio development practice, offering direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and long term growth alongside experienced patent attorneys serving innovative companies across a range of industries. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications across mechanical, electrical, software, and related technologies, preparing and responding to Office Actions before the USPTO, conducting patentability, freedom to operate, and prior art analyses, and collaborating directly with inventors, in house counsel, and business stakeholders.
