The ideal candidate is someone with deep experience in one or more manufacturing technologies, including, but not limited to, filament winding, automated fiber placement, resin transfer molding, compression molding, injection molding, resin casting, metal additive manufacturing, forging, metal casting, stamping, welding, conventional spray coating, thermal spray coating, and electroplating. As a member of the NPI team, you will collaborate with a broad range of team members to deliver new technologies that will enable Beta to achieve profitable full rate production.
