Performs difficult, complex and specialized assignments in the fiscal administration of County operationsProvides technical support for other county departments on special projects as assignedSpecial Projects and other duties as assignedAccounts Payable DivisionEnsure compliance with county policies, procurement regulations, contractual terms, and applicable legal requirementsManage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely paymentsServe as a backup for accounts payable staff, performing accounts payable processing when needed to maintain continuity of operationsResponsible for year-end closing processes, including W-2 and 1099 preparationPayroll DivisionEnsure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA rules, payroll tax laws, and reporting requirements.
