This individual will serve sophisticated private equity and institutional real estate clients, including Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) funds, institutional investors, real estate investment platforms, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), UPREIT structures, and investment partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in partnership taxation and complex investment structures, with the ability to advise clients on fund operations, transaction structuring, carried interest matters, partnership allocations, and institutional real estate investment activity while leading client engagements and developing staff.
