This role combines deep expertise in information technology, finance operations, and enterprise system integrations to ensure seamless transitions between platforms while maintaining the integrity of billing, payments, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, customer financial data, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, revenue management, reconciliation, and customer account transitions.
