Position Summary: The Vendor Management Specialist Senior oversees a portion of the vendor network which includes contractors and service providers that support the claims process-such as mitigation, restoration, temporary housing, environmental testing, contents vendors etc. Acts as a product champion for vendor-related tools and AI capabilities (e.g., Xactanalysis, reporting platforms, Glean, Copilot), gathering user feedback, partnering with technology teams on enhancements, and supporting UAT and rollout to the broader organization.
