Job Summary: The Senior Resort Manager at Paoli Peaks has complete oversight, management and leadership of all aspects of resort operations including but not limited to mountain operations, food and beverage, ski and snowboard school, base operations, product sales & services, special events, guest services, community relations, resort safety and other areas as applicable. Maintains and increases subject matter expertise of ski and snowboard industry, stays abreast of industry trends and news, increases industry relationships and uses expertise to influence positive change throughout Vail Resorts.
