As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of system upgrades and maintenance to support the development, monitoring, running, and testing of the automated applications, environments, systems, and manual processes and procedures that are critical to the strategic position of RSS (Retail Securities Services). As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will: Review Fiscal Service automated systems and operations to determine the need for specific or general improvements, the adequacy of existing controls and procedures, compliance with security policies, the feasibility of automating specific operations, and the extent of compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
