Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, Experience working with multiple functions simultaneously to execute a program or project, including but not limited to: Program Management, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance or Operations. Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
