Minimum 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience within a global life sciences or biotechnology work environment, Demonstrated successful experience leading global enterprise projects in a company of approximately $4B or greater revenue, Proven experience presenting to CFO, ELT and senior steering committees and securing decisions, Progressive experience across Finance transformation, GBS/shared services, ERP/S/4HANA, M&A integration, e-commerce, Order Management, tax or e-invoicing. The role is accountable for translating enterprise priorities into integrated execution plans, establishing effective governance, aligning geographically dispersed workstreams and providing clear decision support to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team and senior steering committees.
