Experience supporting virtualization technologies (Hyper-V preferred).Hands-on experience managing a hybrid environment (with both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure).Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).Practical experience with AI/automation technologies (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, AI-driven analytics, integrations).Proven ability to lead IT operations including infrastructure, networks, help desk, cybersecurity, and analytics. Partner with managed service provider (MSP) to maintain EDI connections with portfolio of trading partners and support addition of new trading partners (and integration with business systems).Lead end-to-end ownership of Luxor's ERP (NetSuite), including testing, upgrades, configuration, optimization, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
