The incumbent will support a team of locally and remotely located translational and medical scientists whose joint task is to partner with laboratory based colleagues, and the early development preparation teams, to advance pre-clinical stage molecules and biologics through translational stages, early commercial assessment, and detailed proposals for initiation of Phase 1, proof-of-concept, and preliminary clinical development plans for effective transition and hand-off to the formal Clinical Development organization.
