This role builds and leads the PMO that translates Employer strategy into an integrated portfolio, sequencing platform and CRM builds, data products, field enablement, employer launches across the PBM, Lilly Employer Connect, and Lilly Employer Direct pathways, and product launches against capacity, shared business outcomes, and the employer benefits decision cycle.
