Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another relevant field AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365 workloads at enterprise scale (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services), including workload-level policy and settings design. Own tenant settings, Message Center, service health, and release management; evaluate and pilot features, including DSPM for AI and Defender for Cloud Apps, and enable, stage, or defer releases based on business value, readiness, and support impact.
