Produce and hold the target-state architecture and migration sequence for the Plasma capability portfolio, including the phased extraction of capabilities from legacy platforms into purpose-built products, the interim integration patterns required during transition, and the reassessment of sequence and scope as products, regulatory context, and business priorities evolve. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-enabled business capabilities, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation, guardrails, and lifecycle management, human-and-agent workflow patterns (where the model decides, where a human decides, escalation and audit), and AI solution architecture principles.
