The Senior Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of Keystone Clearwater Solutions’ water transfer operations within a designated region. Lead and manage Managing Directors, Operations Managers, Field Supervisors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.

<h3>Description</h3><br/><div>The <strong>Senior Managing Director</strong> is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of Keystone Clearwater Solutions’ water transfer operations within a designated region. This role oversees all field operations including water supply, water transfer, maintenance, and construction activities.<br/><br/>This position is accountable for personnel management, operational execution, customer relationships, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Managing Director plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, expanding market share, and ensuring all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.</div><br/><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li>Lead and manage Managing Directors, Operations Managers, Field Supervisors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations</li><li>Oversee all water transfer and construction operations to ensure execution aligns with project scope, budget, and schedule</li><li>Monitor operational performance and escalate environmental, safety, or client-related issues to senior leadership</li><li>Develop, monitor, and manage regional budgets, operating costs, and labor utilization to meet financial targets</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with oil & gas operators to retain and grow business across existing and new accounts</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase market share and expand services within existing customer base</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards</li><li>Lead workforce planning efforts including hiring forecasts, staffing levels, and succession planning</li><li>Develop and mentor leadership teams including Managing Directors and Operations Supervisors</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operations</li><li>Coordinate with HR, HSE, Sales, and Accounting to support operational alignment and business objectives</li><li>Ensure accurate field ticketing and invoicing processes for timely and accurate billing</li><li>Manage vendor and supplier relationships to support cost-effective operations</li><li>Optimize labor, equipment, and material utilization to meet project budgets and maximize margins</li><li>Drive innovation through automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies</li><li>Support executive leadership in strategic planning and regional growth initiatives </li></ul><br/><h3>Requirements</h3><br/><div><strong>Required</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in water transfer, oil & gas services, or pipeline/construction operations</li><li>Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems including piping, valves, pumping systems, and water transfer design</li><li>Strong understanding of water filtration systems and field operations</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams and multiple levels of supervision</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls</li><li>Demonstrated business development and sales experience with ability to grow revenue and customer relationships</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)</li><li>OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification</li><li>Current Safeland certification</li><li>Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations</li><li>Ability to travel extensively</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><div><strong>Preferred</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field</li><li>Industry certifications in construction, engineering, or mechanical trades</li><li>Experience leading multi-region operations or large-scale field organizations</li></ul><br/><h3>Benefits</h3><br/><ul><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Medical / Dental / Vision coverage </li><li>Health savings account (HSA) </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment Insurance </li><li>Voluntary Life Insurance </li><li>401k with a company match </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Professional Development Programs </li><li>Employee Referral Programs</li><li>Voluntary Benefits Offered</li></ul><div>#INDLP</div>
