In this role, you'll use data, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and hands-on collaboration with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve process flow, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery, and productivity. Lead cross-functional improvement projects from project charter development through implementation, ensuring initiatives meet established timelines, budgets, and expected results.
