Lead the development, coordinate, plan, and execute EXFOR experimentation efforts and events, which may include modeling, simulations, tabletop exercises, war games, red team analysis, prototyping, and demonstrations to validate the feasibility, reliability, and resiliency of experiments for enhancing Special Operations capabilities across the DOTmLPF-P spectrum. 8+ years strategic/operational level experience (military, contract or civilian) working with DoD Services, Combatant Commands, supporting strategic engagements programs (e.g., wargames, experimentation, Warfighter Talks, Service staff-level conferences and events).
