Additional Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of governance for the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the Icon community, includingâ¯Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs),â¯Bylaws,â¯Articles of Incorporation,â¯Rules & Regulations, meeting minutes, and financial statements.
