The role is responsible for providing technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support, application maintenance, defect resolution, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring application stability, availability, performance, security, and adherence to agreed SLAs. The ideal candidate will have strong Java/J2EE enterprise application development and production support experience, P&C insurance domain knowledge, application server expertise, and demonstrated experience leading technical teams in Agile and onsite-offshore delivery environments.
