Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), CMMS systems, industrial electrical and mechanical systems, automation and PLC-based equipment, root cause analysis, and Lean or continuous improvement methods. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and site leadership to improve safety, reliability, delivery, and overall operational performance.
