A key liaison to the CAA, NCAA, and campus partners, this role promotes organizational effectiveness, student-athlete success, gender equity, and inclusive excellence while supporting the overall mission and long-term strategic goals of Towson University Athletics. Provide direct oversight and supervision of assigned varsity sports, including responsibility for team budgets, compliance, athletics aid, scheduling, coaching searches, academic success, facilities, event management, media relations, and marketing efforts.
