Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, including construction agreements (prime contracts, subcontracts, design-build contracts, alternative delivery contracts), sales agreements, services agreements, supply/vendor agreements, and transportation agreements. The Senior Corporate Counsel will take on a hands-on, high-impact role, collaborating with the Heritage Construction + Materials (HC+M) Legal + Compliance team and to build a legal function that delivers real solutions to our operating companies.
