In this role, you will: Serve as the senior Information Management/Knowledge Management (IM/KM) subject matter expert supporting Joint exercise design, planning, execution, assessment, and lessons learned throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC); work directly with Joint Exercise Control Groups (JECGs), DDJTE leadership, training audiences, technical teams, and system owners to define and continuously assess operational IM/KM requirements. Additional desired experience and skills: Master Certified Knowledge Manager in Strategy & Implementation (MCKM), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or comparable recognized Knowledge Management certification, with experience applying KM methodologies to capability assessments, knowledge-flow analysis, governance, strategy development, and implementation planning.
