This position will serve as a senior technical lead for highway, roadway, multimodal, corridor reconstruction, and task-order design assignments, with responsibility for advancing projects from planning and concept development through final PS&E and construction support. This person should be comfortable leading design production, managing interdisciplinary interfaces, reviewing PS&E packages, resolving agency comments, and helping PSI maintain strong in-house roadway delivery capability.
