li>Overall responsibility for the non-legal operations of the firm, which includes the following areas: the Legal Administrative Support Team, Accounting & Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and Facilities Management for all locations: - Oversee the Accounting & Payroll functions by working closely with the Controller in the management of the following:
- overall financial planning and financial management of the firm,
- ensure that the monthly closing process,
- billing,
- account payable,
- accounts receivable,
- payroll,
- budgeting and financial reporting, and .
- Responsible for oversight of Marketing Service Provider which includes the following:
- Digital marketing including blogs, social media, and email marketing,
- search engine (SEO) management,
- seminars client events,
- advertisements,
- press releases,
- marketing materials,
- RFP responses,
- management of website updates,
- marketing vendor management,
- management of marketing budget,
- work with Director of HR on submission of firm awards applications for the following:
